If you want to get fit and see a dramatic change in the shape of your body, but don't fancy the idea of training alone or in a gym, then my LeeFit bootcamp sessions are the solution for you. Classes normally last for 60 minutes.
Using a combination of body weight and free weight exercises, we aim to give you a fun and intense workout, away from the usual gym environment, that will help you shed those stubborn pounds of fat from your tummy, bum, hips, legs and arms.
LeeFit sessions are run at different times during the week, in Gerrards Cross, covering those who live in Gerrards Cross, Hedgerley, Farnham Common and Chalfont St. Peter.
You can attend as few or as many as you like but attending two per week seems to have most impact.
