All my training sessions use a variety of training equipment and training techniques and which provides a mix of aerobic, muscle building and core exercise.
The mix of equipment used will change for every session so that the sessions give an all round work-out, are never the same and never become boring.
Most of the equipment referred to here is supplied by myself for each training session and sufficient for the number of people involved in the session.
Occasionally, clients will have their own equipment such as Powerplate machines, running machines, steppers etc. and these can be incorporated into programmes accordingly.
