ViPR

ViPR is a training tool which works out entire groups of muscles at once, rather than each one in isolation. It is the latest piece of fitness equipment that focuses on functional training, working out the whole body more effectively than traditional weight training can.


ViPR – which stands for Vitality, Performance and Reconditioning – is made of rubber, and can be lifted, thrown, dragged, flipped, rolled and even slammed.


It was invented by a Canadian called Michol Dalcourt, an expert in human movement, and can be used in thousands of different ways, so training will never get boring.


I use ViPR both in 1 on 1 training sessions, and in group exercise classes. As well as being a fantastic cardio and resistance training tool, it also allows me to assess the strengths and weaknesses in a client’s body.
