Late, Absent and Cancellation Policies

Our primary goal is to provide the best possible service to our clients.

Lee Walker Fitness Academy works on an appointment based schedule. This will allow you and ourselve to plan effectively the time required for your training session. Sessions will generally be based on a 30 minute or 60 minute time frame. Please be ready to start at the scheduled time. If you are late for a session it may still need to end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting on subsequent sessions with other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a 30 minute session or 30 minutes late for a 60 minute session, it may be considered a no show and you will then be required to pay the fee for the session.

Due to the need to schedule clients, it is important that clients provide their trainer with sufficient notice when they need to cancel an appointment. This means a cancellation should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel a training session within this time will result in the client being charged for the session. Should the client wish to reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. We will do our best to accommodate this. We understand that in times of emergencies and illness this is not always possible. We will take situations such as these into consideration, wherever possible.

For bootcamps run outside, these will continue to be run in inclement weather unless by prior agreement, and any no shows will forfeit the fee for that session

Payment Policy

Sessions will be pre-paid either before an individual session or if paying for one of our bulk offers, will be due at the time of the initial sessiont. Payment can be by cash, cheque or direct transfer.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, we will be happy to refund services not performed
