Sartorius muscle

It's important after exercise to stretch your sartorius muscle. Two methods are shown: one if you are alone, and one for training with a partner.

The sartorius muscle is the longest muscle in the body and runs all the way down your quad muscles down your thigh.

And after a workout, the best way to stretch it is to do a standing quad stretch. See below for my video  to see how to do it effectively:
