A workout on the Power Plate is a completely revolutionary gym experience. Sessions are fun and friendly, and in 25 minutes your workout is complete, leaving you feeling stronger, firmer and more invigorated.
If you own a Power Plate machine or its equivalent, we can work with you to devise a variety of programmes which will ensure you get the best out of your machine and sustain your interest. I have devised and run some 60 different programmes to keep the training fresh and interesting.
You can also subscribe to receive a monthly programme for you to do yourself and provide interest and sustained value for your investment in what is an amazing but expensive piece of equipment.
