Kettlebells provide a unique and fun way of getting fit.
Training with Kettlebells will turn your body into the ultimate fitness machine, moving in 3 dimensions, just like nature intended.
You’ll be toning every muscle whilst getting a great cardio workout at the same time.
Kettlebells as part of personal training
Sessions can be part of a 1 to 1, 1 hour personal training session or can be a concentrated session using just kettlebells for an invigorating half hour.
The sessions can be held virtually anywhere, in your house or outdoors.
Price per half hour session is £25. However, most impact is made with a series of weekly or even twice weekly sessions. A bulk booking is £200 for ten sessions
If you would prefer to train with a partner or friend, then you can do so at a reduced price of £150 each for 10 joint half hour session. For 3 or 4 the price per person reduces to £120 for 10 joint sessions. These prices are all for payment in advance.
